The monthly fee consists of a basic charge of 10,000 yen (tax included) plus 5,000 yen (tax included) per user.
Discounts are available for annual contracts and for registering more than a certain number of users.
We offer separate plans for school corporations. Please contact us for details.
It is not possible to use the service before signing a contract. Thank you for your understanding.
You can cancel your subscription by selecting "My Page > Personal Information" from the side menu and clicking on "Withdrawal".
However, a cancellation fee will be charged for annual contracts.
Only streaming is available. Downloading is not supported.
It is possible to transfer data between companies that have deployed GATEN manual.
Some restrictions apply when transferring data to a school corporation.
